Marijuana is stated to have almost exactly the same intoxicating effect as booze. Liquor and marijuana both has their negative hazards and positive health benefits, and the facts are backed up by scientific research. For some, the only difference between the two is their labeled effect, one is called being drunk, while the other is called being high. Others argue that "drunk" and "high" are just two different ways to say intoxicated. There are also some who treats the issue in a financial manner, saying the tax money that can be collected from marijuana sales can give a boost to a country's economy.
